This is an extended version of the 1 hour Vipassana meditation video. I added a piece of relaxing background music to the silent parts of Goenkaji's recording to help increase focus in noisy environments. It turned out to be very helpful staying focused despite my loud roommates' situation. Please remember that this is a 2-hour long session without any break. Adjust your sitting position if you feel uncomfortable in between. If you have a physical ailment and are not a regular Vipassana meditator, I recommend you be cautious while sitting in a still position for such a long time. So get ready with your Bluetooth headphones for a deeper spiritual journey with vipassana meditation. May you all be happy :)
